OSHAssociation joins United Nations and the International Communities to Celebrate International Day of Forests 2021.
The theme of the International Day of Forests for 2021 is “Forest Restoration: a path to Recovery and well-being.”
Most of the things we do today are connected to Forestry.
Products we get from forests are spices and oils, floss, wood, papers, medicines, etc.
Obviously, we just cannot do without forests. Hence, the need to celebrate the International forestry day.
International Day of Forests is an annual observation of the United Nations (UN).
It is meant to commemorate and raise awareness of the significance of all kinds of Forests, and ensure the safety of the environment.
The safety of our forests and habitations in it, is very crucial, because forests play vital roles in providing shelter, food and water to animals and humans alike.
Every March 21 should not be the only time to celebrate forests as we get to use its products almost everyday.
Do not be an agent of deforestation, plant trees, promote GREEN environment so we can all restore life to our forests.
